We’d love you to join our Community Land Trust. The more members we have the stronger the show of support we can demonstate to get affordable housing built. As our CLT is a Community Benefit Society we have to follow certain pre-arranged legally defined 'Rules’.

By signing up to become a member you’re agreeing to support the CLT’s objectives. 

How to join Stoke Gabriel Community Land Trust (SGCLT)

Fill out our Membership Form and email to anna@sgclt.org.uk

We will contact you to collect payment for your shares, which are £1 each.

Our Bit to you.
We’ll send you a Stoke Gabriel CLT ‘Share’ certificate to show you’re now a member.

If the CLT is wound up then the Rules set out how the share monies are repaid. (See Rules link above) Section 33.
