Stoke Gabriel Community Land Trust

Visiting "Fishponds", Bristol CLT as part of the CLT Network "see and believe" events. This project was a mix of one bed rental properties, and three bed shared ownership. Home owners help in the "Self finish" process, fitting bathrooms, kitchens etc.

Communal Area at "Fishponds" Bristol. The shed was used to help store/work from during the build process, and is now used by the home owners to work from. Great idea!!
